Seven Seas:  We had a great time at Emmy’s house. The kids loved the playroom and the location is perfect for popping to the beach. It’s in a very residential area – so definitely not a party house (but ideal for us with with small children).

Seven Seas: Have just spent four lovely days with the family at Emmy’s airbnb.  A beautiful house, room enough for six adults, four grandchildren and a dog. The children loved the games room. The house had everything we needed, and was in a very good position, walkable to the high street and beach. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beach Mews: This place is 5 star luxury. The house is amazing top to bottom we loved it. It’s clean, spacious, host is amazing at the commission. Parking I mean you can literally can not fault this place. We would have rented again but no surprise it’s rented and hard to find a spot to book. If you have a week/wkd booked. Your lucky – enjoy!

Beam Mews: There is only one word to describe your house Emmy and that is perfect. Perfect location being just a few mins walk to the beach and town centre, perfect size for accomodating a large family and perfect amenities to make a special weekend everything we wanted it to be and more. Thabk you for being a wonderful host, we hope to be back again one day!

Beach Mews: Great option in a fantastic location in Broadstairs. Top marks for Emmy and family – great communication with a lovely house where they have gone the extra mile to make sure it is accommodating and easy.

Beach Mews: Just got back from a long weekend at this property with friends.. the property is perfectly positioned in the town centre and is literally 5 mins walk to Viking bay .. to say the place was clean and well equipped was an understatement.. you literally only need to take clothes and food and there is literally everything you need tucked away in the house. it’s perfect .. would not hesitate to book again. Emmy is a friendly host ( even though we never met her ) . we didn’t have any problems at all during our stay but I’m confident that she would’ve dealt with any problems promptly . Thanks again
