Our stay in Emmy’s house was just absolutely fabulous. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and when they say luxury, they mean luxury. Emmy’s been amazing with communicating with us even late in the evening when we couldn’t figure out the modern heating system. We couldn’t have had a better place to stay and host for our first weekend away. Thank you again. Hoping to come back in the future. x

We would have rented again but no surprise it’s rented and hard to find a spot to book. If you have a week/wkd booked. Your lucky – enjoy!

There is only one word to describe your house Emmy and that is perfect. Perfect location being just a few mins walk to the beach and town centre, perfect size for accomodating a large family and perfect amenities to make a special weekend everything we wanted it to be and more. Thabk you for being a wonderful host, we hope to be back again one day!

just got back from a long weekend at this property with friends.. the property is perfectly positioned in the town centre and is literally 5 mins walk to Viking bay .. to say the place was clean and well equipped was an understatement.. you literally only need to take clothes and food and there is literally everything you need tucked away in the house. it’s perfect .. would not hesitate to book again. Emmy is a friendly host ( even though we never met her ) . we didn’t have any problems at all during our stay but I’m confident that she would’ve dealt with any problems promptly . Thanks again

The house was amazing! It was so lovely to open the door and have christmas decoration everywhere. The rooms all have a great size and were cosy, the kitchen has everything you need and garden is cute too.
It is super close to the beach and sweet little shops (the antique shops are amazing)
All in all definitely worth a visit 🙂

This was our second stay at Emmy’s lovely home, and we have booked three more! We can’t rate Beach Mews highly enough. It’s immaculate, very well equipped, just a few minutes from the beach, and there’s parking for two cars (which is a real bonus in Broadstairs). It’s a brilliant base for our three generation family holidays. Emmy is an exceptional host, she was very accommodating when our original plans changed, and it’s been a real pleasure dealing with her.

We had a brilliant stay at Beach Mews in August 2024. The house was great with everything you could possibly need for a stay near the beach. Emmy was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. We will certainly be staying again or trying out Seven Seas which looks amazing. Thank you for a great stay Emmy 😀
