The cottage is within easy reach of the nearby towns of Margate with the recently restored Dreamland theme park and Turner Contemporary Gallery, Ramsgate – where you can watch the sailing boats moor up in the Marina – and the historic City of Canterbury known for great shopping and Canterbury Cathedral. For keen walkers and cyclists is a wide range of cycle and footpaths on the doorstep, making this is the perfect base for couples and families looking to escape it all.
Beach Mews can sleep up to 10 guests + pets. The lounge boasts comfy seating (including sofa bed), a Smart TV and a dining table with benches to enjoy a meal together along with stunning Bi-fold doors out onto the courtyard. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Just off the hall is a utility room housing a washer/dryer, and access to the garden along with a separate WC.
Beach Mews has three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all boasting Smart TVs. You will also find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Take the stairs to the second floor and you’ll find the master super-king-size bedroom set in the eaves with a Smart TV and en-suite shower and WC. All the bedrooms have a Bluetooth speaker, wireless charging and USB ports.
After you have confirmed your booking, there is a 25% BOOKING DEPOSIT, with the rest (75%) due eight weeks before your stay. There is also a SECURITY DEPOSIT (£200) , that needs to be paid 7 days before your arrival, by direct bank transfer. These deposits can be paid here.
There is a minium stay period of 2 nights and a maximum stay period of 28 nights.
Parking: Beach Mews has a private driveway for 2 cars directly outside the property, with street and public car-parking available.
